Timbaland the "ethno-beat-thief"

Read here wayneandwax's post about the new suit, filed by Osama Ahmed Fahmy (not Admed, as in the original allhiphop.com post), against Jay-Z, Timbaland and a host of others, for the use of a riff from Abdel Halim Hafez's 1957 recording, "Khosara," in Jay-Z's 1999 hit, "Big Pimpin'."
